Norbert « Nono » KRIEF, tout petit déjà, se déhanche et s'agite à l'écoute des premiers disques des BEATLES, ROLLING STONES, TEN YEARS AFTER, etc… que son grand frère JC Krief découvre ; il lui enseignera les bases de la guitare. C'est l'époque des cheveux longs et de la contestation.
En 1977, il crée avec Bernie BONVOISIN, le groupe TRUST, qui atteint rapidement le succès, notamment avec la chanson : ANTISOCIAL. Entre 1980 et 1986, ils vendent plus de 9 millions d'albums, et des tournées marathon en France et en Europe. Le groupe TRUST s'impose auprès des jeunes dans les années 80.
Entre les dissolutions et les reformations de TRUST, Norbert KRIEF devient de 1986 à 1994, le guitariste attitré de Johnny HALLYDAY.
Après les concerts historiques, du Parc des Princes , Bercy et autres, NONO, quittera Johnny, pour sortir en 1995, un album Pop-Rock : TOUCH « Marche avec moi », produit par RUPERT HINE pour EMI records ; il a également participé à de très nombreux albums, pour différents artistes, notamment Jean Jacques Goldman, Florent Pagny, etc... et figure à ce jour sur plus d'une centaine d'albums ; il a aussi commercialisé en 1994 une méthode vidéo pour les guitaristes: Master Class avec Nono.
Il est le seul guitariste français à avoir 2 guitares de marque légendaire dédicacées à son nom ; en 2002, une FENDER Stratocaster, la « Nonocaster », et en 2009 (125 ème anniversaire de la marque), une GRETSCH, la « Nono Corvette G 5135 N ».
NONO, vient de finaliser plusieurs projets : la bande son du DVD d'Alain ROBERT (L'homme araignée) avec STEVE SHEHAN, Le NONO FRIENDSHIP BLUES avec Greg ZLAP. Son premier album solo est sorti sous le nom de : « Norbert Nono KRIEF » en juin 2011. Il prépare actuellement le deuxième album solo du NNK Group, sortie prévue en 2013 et peaufine un album solo Instrumental... Cette activité n'empêche pas Norbert de collaborer à d'autres projets. Ainsi Norbert a joué sur la totalité du prochain double album de Fred Blondin « Tiroir Songs », il a enregistré les parties guitares sur plusieurs titres du prochain album de son fils David Krief et finalise l'album de Myriam d'Arville où il a fait toutes les parties guitares et il a joué sur un titre du prochain album de Tak Farinas. Norbert a également fait les parties guitares sur 2 titres du prochain album d'Arielle Dombasle réalisé par Eric Levy et a participé à l'album "Luminescenza" du groupe Franco Italien "Migaso & I Briganti"

Norbert Nono KRIEF, at a very young age he was already swaying and moving to the music of the Beatles,Rolling Stones and Ten Years After, played by his older brother JC Krief, who would then teach him the basics of guitar playing. This was a time for long hair and rebellion against the establishment.
In 1977 he created with Bernie Bonvoisin the group Trust, who quickly became very successful, notably with the song "Antisocial". Between 1980 - 1986 the group sold more than 9 million albums and took part in marathon tours of France & Europe.
Trust became extremely popular with a large number of young fans in 1980's. Between the Band Trust breaking up and reforming 1987 - 1994, Nono became the official guitarist for Johnny Halliday. After historical concerts in Parc des Princes, Bercy and many others Nono decided to quit the Johnny Halliday band. He then launched a pop rock album in 1995, "Touch" (Walk with Me) produced by Rupert Hine for EMI records. During that time he also participated in very many other albums for numerous artists and can be heard today on more than 100 different albums. In 1994 he also launched a Guitar Masterclass DVD for guitar players which was called Guitar Masterclass with Nono.
Nono is also the only french guitarist to have 2 legendary make guitars dedicated to his name. In 2002 a Fender Stratocaster was released as the "Nonocaster" and in 2009 for their 125th anniversary the guitar maker Gretsch, produced the "Nono Corvette G513N".
Nono has recently finalised several other projects like the DVD soundtrack for Alain Robert (french Spiderman) in co-operation with Steve Shehan and The Nono Friendship Blues Band with Greg Zlap. Nono's first solo album named simply "Norbert Nono Krief" was released on June 6th 2011. Now he is working on his second solo album with NNK Group, release planned in 2013 and he puts the finishing touches to an instrumental solo album... This hyperactivity doesn't prevent Norbert to collaborate on other projects. Thus, Norbert played on the entire Fred Blondin double album « Tiroir Songs », he have recorded the guitar parts on several songs of the next album of his son David Krief and he finalizes the Myriam d'Arville album for which he has played all the guitar parts. Finally he played on one song of the next album of Tak Farinas. Norbert also played the guitar parts for 2 songs of the Arielle Dombasle next album produced by Eric Levy and he has participated to the album "Luminescenza" of the French-Italian band "Migaso & I Briganti".
